Sorting and Selecting
We have strict standards and any hair that doesn’t meet them is removed, to ensure only the finest strands are used. This careful selection sets the foundation for the high quality we always aim for.
Washing, Rinsing, and Drying
After sorting, the hair goes through thorough washing, rinsing, and drying. Our dedicated team makes sure each strand is cleansed and ready for the next step.
Bleaching and Dyeing
In a well-ventilated room, our artisans delicately bleach the hair to get the right color palette. Trained colorists, who have undergone years of education and training to become experts in their craft, mix and apply the dye to create stunning shades that capture the natural colors of a real head of hair.
Wig Cap Construction
Our wig caps are made from the world’s finest Swiss lace. This means our caps are comfortable, breathable, and durable. Each cap is expertly crafted for a lightweight and secure fit.
Hand Ventilation
The real artistry comes in the hand ventilation process. Skilled craftsmen meticulously hand-tie each knot to the cap, a process that takes 14 days to complete. They knot 1-2 hairs at a time and meticulously place each strand of hair.
Cap Assembly
Once ventilation is complete, the cap is sewn together, and additional ventilation is added to the sides.
Quality Control
Our team checks for consistent density, proper ventilation, perfect color, and flawless cap construction.
Finishing Touches
Before a wig leaves our facility, it undergoes a final wash and drying process to make sure it’s in perfect condition. Every one of our wigs has passed extensive scrutiny and met our high-quality standards.

For people near Newport Beach, CA, or willing to travel, we offer in-person consultations at our showroom, just 15 minutes from Orange County Airport. Here, you can try our entire inventory and might even meet Daniel Alain himself!
Fit Kit
For virtual consultations, we offer a Fit Kit service. Your consultant will help determine cap sizes, color, and length preferences. The Fit Kit includes samples for you to try at home, with a follow-up appointment to discuss your thoughts. This service will ensure you receive the perfect wig, even from a distance.

Our legacy is built on decades of experience and expertise in the wig industry. In the 1990s, Daniel was inspired by the rising trend of women wearing alternative hair and the growing popularity of extensions and wefts among celebrities.
This inspiration led him overseas to establish the world’s first European human hair wig factory that opened its doors in the early 2000s with over 400 employees, many of whom are still with us to this day!
In 2012, Daniel established an R&D lab to innovate hair loss solutions, collaborate with leading scientists and academics, and secure technologies and patent rights. More recently (2020), Daniel acquired a stake in Applied Biology, a biotechnology company conducting breakthrough scientific research into alopecia and androgen-mediated diseases.
